ABOUT ME

Kris Lodu (They/Them) is an interdisciplinary artist and curator currently working as the Cultural Programmer at The Drake Hotel. In Kris's art practice, they primarily work with acrylic paint, body casting, textiles, and 3D digital sculpting.

 

Kris focuses on the human form in its many representations and explores themes of vulnerability, identity, gender, and sexuality as they relate to self-image. They are interested in the recycling of materials and sustainability within their practice. As a curator and programmer, Kris's focus is on community, with an emphasis on emerging artists.
